Our Story
Lovettsville Little Learners was founded from a passion for supporting families and creating high-quality childcare close to home. As a local mother and entrepreneur, owner Claudia Kabir recognized the growing need for nurturing, reliable childcare in the Lovettsville community.
She envisioned a center where children could receive individualized attention in a safe and engaging environment while parents felt confident leaving their little ones in caring, capable hands. With a focus on small class sizes, structured learning, and a warm family atmosphere, Lovettsville Little Learners was created to provide a second home for children during their most important developmental years.
Today, we are proud to serve local families by providing dependable care, early education, and a supportive community where children thrive.
Meet The Team
Claudia Kabir - Owner
Claudia is a local business owner, mother of two, and passionate community leader dedicated to supporting families and early childhood education. Her vision for Lovettsville Little Learners is to provide a nurturing environment where children grow with confidence, curiosity, and joy.
Morgan Fauble - Program Director
Morgan brings over 11 years of experience working with children and holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. As a Registered Behavior Technician, she specializes in child development, positive guidance, and structured learning environments. Morgan leads our daily operations and ensures every child receives attentive, high-quality care.
Ms. Daphne - Infant Teacher
Ms. Daphne brings over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages and holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Her background includes infant and toddler care, schools, community programs, and youth leadership, giving her a deep understanding of child development and individual learning needs.
Known for her calm, nurturing approach, Ms. Daphne creates a safe, supportive environment where our youngest learners can thrive. She is trained in CPR/First Aid, safe sleep practices, and all required childcare certifications.
At Lovettsville Little Learners, we are proud to have Ms. Daphne on our team, providing the attentive, loving care that helps infants feel secure, valued, and ready to grow.
Ms. Carissa – Preschool Teacher
Ms. Carissa is a graduate of Shepherd University and brings over five years of experience working with young children. Her background in early childhood and elementary education provides a strong foundation in child development, literacy, and engaging learning experiences.
Known for her warm, patient, and creative approach, Ms. Carissa creates a classroom where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn. She is passionate about helping each child grow academically, socially, and emotionally while making learning fun and meaningful.
